Find a Live in Carer
A Class Connect is an introductory service that supports families in finding experienced, trusted self-employed live-in carers who provide personalised support in the comfort, safety, and familiarity of home.
Our service is ideal for families who prefer a more hands-on approach to arranging care, along with a more affordable alternative to a fully managed care service. Through our rigorous vetting and recruitment process, every carer we introduce has the appropriate checks in place, including an up-to-date DBS, Right to Work verification, and driving licence checks where required.
As an introductory service, we do not employ, direct, supervise, or manage the carers. Instead, we introduce you to self-employed carers who are paid directly by you, giving you complete flexibility and control over how your care is arranged.

- Introduce suitable self-employed carers
- Conduct pre-placement checks
- Arrange introductions
- Facilitate initial agreements
- Stay in touch for administrative support
- Provide replacement introductions if requested
Your Role (Client–Carer Agreement)
- Direct the day-to-day care
- Agree the weekly rate
- Pay the carer directly
- Manage routines, tasks, and expectations

What We Do
We introduce you to carefully vetted, experienced live-in carers who complete a rigorous and comprehensive registration process. Every carer we put forward has been assessed and verified through the following checks:
- Pre-interview screening
- In-depth interview assessment
- Competency-based evaluation, including oral and written English skills
- Identity verification
- Professional references, obtained and authenticated by our dedicated recruitment team
- Training certificates, reviewed and verified as genuine
- Enhanced DBS check
- Overseas clearance, where required
- Review of hobbies, interests, and detailed care experience to support the best possible match
